Wired pink floral heart pendant on ribbon thong

Just finished this pretty pink heart pendant on wire with a little coil at the bottom. I've added it to a silvery grey ribbon and cord thong.

The reason I chose this post to comment on is that you may be able to help me. Last Christmas my daughter gave me a wonderful glass pendant from Venice on a ribbon thong just like the one here!
It has sadly broken and I have been
unable to find a replacement. Do you know where I might be able to buy one and have sent to me in Italy?
